I like eating chicken and seldom cook fish but wanted to eat Sinigang sa Miso so I modified the recipe to add chicken instead of fish. This has been one of my comfort food since last year and is very easy to cook. This is very timely for the flu and rainy season.
I am trying for a low salt version of this favorite dish and I didn't put salt because the miso paste is already salty and the 25g pack sinigang mix already contains 418mg per serving (total of 2.5g per serving). This may still be too salty so add more water or calamansi/lemon juice as needed.
